Enerjisa has signed a 3-year Agreement with VBT for Help Desk service

Enerjisa has entrusted all help desk services to VBT for 6 years since 2015. Within the scope of the 3-year contract renewed in 2018, VBT manages this operation carried out by Enerjisa on the BMC Remedy system on turnkey basis. Installation, maintenance, supply of personnel, keeping inventory, solving end user problems are all carried out by VBT.
The contract is valid until June 2021 and tenders are held every 3 years.
